Thank you for choosing and using the KP/KP Music app (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). To ensure a smooth experience and provide effective assistance when you encounter technical issues, we've prepared this guide to introduce our technical support services and related contact information.

Service Hours

We offer technical support during the following hours:
• Business Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time, GMT+8), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Outside Business Hours: If you submit a request outside of business hours, we will address and respond to your inquiry on the next business day.
• Due to time zone differences, users in different regions may experience longer response times. We typically reply within three business days.

Order-Related Issues

If you did not receive your purchased benefits after completing your order, please contact us promptly. To help us resolve your issue more efficiently and minimize unnecessary back-and-forth, please include the following information in your email:

  1. Order Receipt Screenshot:
    (i) App Store Users
    After making an in-app purchase through the App Store, Apple will send an electronic receipt to the Apple ID email you used for payment. You may hide personal information such as your name, address, and email. However, please make sure the order number, order date, app logo, product details, and payment amount are clearly visible.
    (ii) Google Play Users
    After making an in-app purchase through Google Play, Google Play will provide order details. Please ensure the order number, order date, app logo, product details, and payment amount are clearly visible.
    This helps us verify your order quickly, reduces unnecessary communication, and speeds up the resolution process.

  2. App Account Information
    Please provide the following in-app screenshots:
    (i) Screenshot of your account page after logging in (tap the last button on the bottom navigation bar)
    (ii) Screenshot of your user info page (tap your profile picture), making sure your ID is clearly visible

  3. App Version Information
    You can find your current app version at the bottom of the Settings page by tapping "About Us."

Feedback

To help us address your issue more efficiently and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, please include the following information when you email us:

  1. Issue Description: Please describe your issue in detail.

  2. Steps to Reproduce: Please provide clear steps on how to reproduce the issue.

  3. App Version: You can find your current app version at the bottom of the Settings page under "About Us."
