  To provide the image processing effects contained in this application, this application needs to identify feature points (such as color style points). The complete process is:
  (1) You transfer the image to our server;
  (2) The server analyzes your photo and returns the image data processing results;
  (3) The application automatically synthesizes the data processing results and materials into the final effect;
  (4) This information is temporarily stored in Alibaba Cloud's encrypted storage. After the synthesis process is completed, for certain functional needs (such as synchronizing historical processed images of the account on any device), we will save your photos, or until you request us to delete them.
• 1.3 Will this data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?

2. How We Collect Information

• 2.1 Information you provide or upload when using our services
When you register/login, subscribe, provide feedback, or participate in online activities in SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY to store data, depending on the specific functions you use, we will collect your information, including your device's hardware information, photos, stored photos or videos, APPID, subscription information, payment information, and personal information required for activities. We will use this information to meet your requirements, provide you with relevant products or services, or achieve anti-fraud purposes.

• 2.2 Information we obtain when you use our services
• 2.2.1 You can use or store different types of data when using SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY products. To help you better use our products or services, we will collect and use your relevant information.
• 2.2.2 The data we collect depends on your interaction environment with SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY, the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. The data we collect may include the following: unique device identifiers (Android ID/OAID, etc.), IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, iOS ad identifier (IDFA), Android ad master identifier, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, session start/stop time, language location, time zone and network status (Wi-Fi, etc.), hard disk, CPU, battery usage, running process information, etc.
• 2.2.3 Some third-party SDKs integrated into our products (such as Alibaba Cloud Mobile User Feedback SDK, UMeng+ SDK, Tencent Bugly SDK) will collect device hardware information in the background, such as device Mac address, etc., so that we can understand your device hardware information to quickly locate and handle problems you encounter during use or improve our products.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to improve services and develop new features and services. When our system experiences failures, we will record and analyze information generated during system crashes to further optimize our services.

• 3.4 Using Third-party SDKs
  The following lists the complete set of third-party SDKs integrated into our company's APPs. Our APPs will follow the principle of minimizing information collection, strictly control third-party SDK initialization and information collection, and initialize third-party SDKs when necessary after you explicitly "agree" to this privacy policy document. The "READ_PHONE_STATE" permission has been disabled in the APP, completely prohibiting the APP and third-party SDKs from reading device [IMEI] information.
  • 3.4.1 Our products integrate UMeng+ SDK (com.umeng/com.efs.sdk). UMeng+ SDK needs to collect desensitized device information (Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/IP address/IMSI information, etc.), obtain running process information to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrate report data accuracy through geolocation, providing basic anti-cheating capabilities.   • 3.4.2 Our products integrate Alibaba SDK (including but not limited to Mobile Feedback SDK, Number Authentication Service SDK, Basic Tools Package SDK (com.nirvana.tools, com.ta.utdid2, etc.)). When you use the mobile feedback feature, it will request storage/camera permissions to send images during feedback communication; when you use the local number login feature, it will collect the user's local phone number to provide one-click login with the local number in the APP; this SDK will obtain running process information.   • 3.4.3 Our Android products integrate Alipay SDK. When there are membership services/paid features or services in the APP, when you choose to use Alipay for purchase, the APP will call the "Alipay APP Payment SDK" for payment. This SDK will collect common device information [Android ID, IMSI, MAC address, hardware serial number, IP address, device properties, system properties, etc.] and network information during payment initiation for security risk control during your account login and payment process.   • 3.4.4 When our products integrate Pangolin Advertising SDK/ByteDance Engine SDK, they need to collect device hardware information (including hardware serial number, device Mac address, desensitized unique device identifier, etc.), obtain running process information, read software installation lists on phones with system versions lower than Android 11, and may request device storage, location, recording, and installation package permissions during use.   • 3.4.6 Our products integrate WeChat SDK/WeChat Payment SDK. When you choose "WeChat Login" for user login, it will read the user's WeChat account information through this SDK to allow users to use WeChat account authorized login in the APP; when you choose "WeChat Payment" for payment, it will invoke WeChat payment functionality through this SDK; when you use WeChat sharing functionality, it will invoke WeChat sharing functionality through this SDK to share content to WeChat Moments or WeChat friends.   • 3.4.7 Our products integrate QQ Connect (Tencent Social) SDK. When you choose "QQ Account Login" for user login, it will read the user's QQ account information through this SDK to allow users to use QQ account authorized login in the APP; when you use QQ sharing functionality, it will invoke QQ sharing functionality through this SDK to share content to QQ friends or QQ Zone; this SDK will obtain accelerometer information.   • 3.4.8 Our products integrate Douyin SDK. When you use the "Share to Douyin" feature in the APP, it will call this SDK to share content to Douyin. This SDK will collect device information [device model, network identifiers, network access information, device sensor information, and other device performance-related information].   • 3.4.9 Our products integrate Kuaishou SDK. When you use the "Share to Kuaishou" feature in the APP, it will call this SDK to share content to Kuaishou.   • 3.4.10 Our Android products use 360 Jiagu Bao for application reinforcement. 360 Jiagu Bao will collect device basic information (Android ID, MD5 value of device identifier, OAID, network type, system running language environment, operating system version name, operating system version, model, system version, manufacturer, terminal motherboard name, brand, device memory size, phone screen resolution, running environment, etc.), and will use device storage permission during use, for piracy detection, operational data analysis, crash log analysis, and terminal environment detection services.   • 3.4.11 Our products integrate Tencent Bugly SDK for collecting APP crash information and ANR information during runtime.   • 3.4.12 When our products integrate Youliangqi (Guangdiantong) Advertising SDK (including MMA China Advertising Monitoring Universal SDK), they need to collect device hardware information (including OAID, Android_ID, device manufacturer, device model, operating system version, screen resolution, screen orientation, screen DPI, IP address, etc.), obtain running process information, obtain accelerometer data, read software installation lists on phones with system versions lower than Android 11, and may request device storage, location, recording, and installation package permissions during use.   • 3.4.13 Our Android products use Tencent Mobile Push (TPNS) SDK for message push on mobile terminal devices (such as in Subtitle Factory APP, when background video/image processing tasks are completed, notify you through status bar message notifications). During use, it will collect device information (phone model, system type, system version, etc.) for tag-based push and real device identification, network information (network type) to support different types of push based on different network types, and account binding information (based on the push channel you choose) for push based on account information; to improve the success rate of push messages, TPNS service will use associated launch method to ensure successful reception of push messages. • 3.5 Application Privacy Information Collection and Permission Request Explanation
  • 3.5.1 Phone Number Collection: When you use mobile phone registration/login features; when you contact us to provide feedback and leave your phone number as contact information.
  • 3.5.2 Camera Permission: When you take photos to set/modify avatar; when you contact us and take photos to send image feedback; when you use related features if the application provides image/video editing.
  • 3.5.3 Read External Storage (Read Photos/Videos from Gallery): When you take photos to set/modify avatar; when you contact us and take photos to send image feedback; when you use related features if the application provides image/video editing; when the application uses and stores desensitized unique device ID.
  • 3.5.4 Write External Storage (Save Photos/Videos to Gallery): When you generate albums/videos in the application and choose to save to local gallery.
  • 3.5.5 Location Permission: When the application includes location-based services (such as maps, weather, location sharing, etc.) and you use related features; when the application integrates UMeng+ SDK statistics service; when the application integrates advertising SDK to display ads.
  • 3.5.6 Read/Write Calendar: When the application includes reminder services and you use related features.
  • 3.5.7 Read Device Identifier: When the application uses UMeng+ SDK statistics service; when the application integrates advertising SDK to display ads; when the platform performs device verification and provides anti-cheating capabilities.
  • 3.5.8 Recording (Microphone): When the application includes voice translation, voice search, voice-to-text features and you use related features.
  • 3.5.9 Request Installation Package: When the application includes application upgrade features and you use this feature; when the application integrates advertising SDK to display ads.
  • 3.5.10 Display System Floating Window: When the application contains teleprompter functionality and you choose floating window display when using this feature.
  • 3.5.11 System Clipboard: When you copy information (such as text information, webpage links, email addresses, etc.) in the APP or use system sharing, the information will be written to the system clipboard, which may be read by other APPs.
  • 3.5.12 Accelerometer: When the application provides QQ sharing/login; when the application displays Youliangqi (Guangdiantong) ads.

4. How We Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

• 4.1 Personal Information
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY, except:
(1) With your explicit consent, we may share your personal information: After giving you explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
(2) We may share your personal information outside according to relevant laws and regulations or government mandatory requirements.
(3) Sharing with our affiliates: We may share your personal information with our affiliates. We only share necessary personal information and are bound by the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If affiliates want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will request your consent again.
(4) We may share your personal information with authorized partners: For purposes stated in this policy, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share your personal information with our partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will try to limit third-party SDK information collection within technical possibilities to satisfy the principle of minimal information collection.
