Thank you for using the services provided by SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY INFOMATION LIMITED (Suzhou Siling Network Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY"). Please carefully read and fully understand the following terms. When you use the services provided by SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY, you agree that you have read and accepted all terms of this agreement; otherwise, please do not use this product. We may modify the user agreement at appropriate times. If we modify the user agreement terms, we will display the modified agreement to you through push notifications and/or pop-up windows when you log in or update the application version. Please note that we will only collect, use, and store your personal information according to the updated agreement after you click the agree button in the pop-up window. If you are a minor, please read the agreement and use this service with your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
1. Service Content
Includes SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY's actual recording content, but is not limited to specific video situations. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY operators have the right to upgrade or adjust their provided services or products and will update pages/information in a timely manner. You agree that SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY may, independently or through any third-party advertisers, send you advertising, promotional, or promotional information (including commercial and non-commercial information), the manner and scope of which may change without notifying you. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY may provide you with the option to close advertising information, but you cannot block and filter advertising information in any way not explicitly specified or authorized in writing by SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY in the "User Agreement" at any time. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY fulfills relevant obligations for advertisers according to law, and you should judge the authenticity of advertising information and be responsible for your own judgment. Unless otherwise provided by law, SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY assumes no responsibility for losses or damages suffered by users due to advertising transactions or content provided by advertisers. You agree and understand that SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY may need to perform regular or irregular inspections or maintenance on products or related facilities providing services. Within a reasonable time, any service interruption, including SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY, assumes no responsibility. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to suspend any part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, upgrade, or other purposes.
2. Use of Service
Unless explicitly provided otherwise in this agreement, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit or distribute any part of this application and any content in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, or publish on any commercial or other media without prior written consent from Apple. You are solely responsible for the user content you post. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any user content posted by other users. You represent and warrant that your posted user content and your use of the service must not: Harm minors in any way; Be used to intentionally or unintentionally violate or in any way fail to comply with regional, national, and international laws; Violate, breach, or in any way infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights; Intimidate, stalk, mock, abuse, threaten, be perverse, or otherwise harass others; Overload, damage, or impair the operation of the application, website, or service; Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity; Obtain or collect email addresses or other personal information from other users for any purpose, including but not limited to sending unsolicited emails or messages; Unless otherwise stated, all materials contained in the application and the arrangement and selection of content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY does not grant any express or implied rights to use this intellectual property. During your use of the service, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may choose not to receive the above information.
3. Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. We will collect your personal information according to your privacy policy. Using our services means you agree that your personal data can be used according to our privacy policy. Additionally, by using the application, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You know that any messages or information you send to the application may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice saying that a particular transmission (for example, picture information) is encrypted.
4. Content Responsibility
You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, and/or other materials accessible through SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted ("Content"), are the sole responsibility of the party from which such Content originated. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY only provides tools for recording screens and editing videos, and cannot control how you use the service. Therefore, the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the content cannot be guaranteed. Under no circumstances will SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY be responsible for any content, but we reserve the right to stop the transmission of any such content and take corresponding legal action, including but not limited to suspending users from using all or part of the service, saving relevant records, and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Fees and Subscription Terms
The basic version of SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY can be used completely free of charge. We also offer a range of subscription/paid purchase options to meet your needs. You can choose to subscribe/purchase our premium version to access premium services and content. Our fees depend on different subscription/purchase plans, gift plans, and promotional activities, so we reserve the right to update fees at any time. If we change fees, this will not affect your existing subscription, so if you registered for a subscription at a certain fee, any fee changes will not affect any current subscription or any renewal.
We offer two paid purchase methods, which method you actually use depends on your phone model and your choice, after successful purchase you can check the membership validity period on the user profile page:
- If you use an iPhone, Huawei phone, Honor phone, or other phones using Huawei HMS services, you can choose the subscription method, which will automatically renew after purchase according to the cycle. Please note that if you purchased a subscription through Apple iTunes, Huawei App Store, or SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY application, the following conditions apply:
(1) Subscription confirmation: Fees will be charged to the corresponding account when confirming the purchase;
(2) Subscription management: iPhone users can manage or cancel subscriptions in iTunes & App Store account management in phone system settings, Huawei/Honor phone users can manage subscriptions through: Phone system settings -> Huawei account -> Payment and billing -> Auto-renewal/Password-free payment -> Select Caichuang products for subscription management (change subscription plan, cancel subscription);
(3) Auto-renewal: Apple iTunes/Huawei Wallet account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. To cancel renewal, please manually turn off "Auto-renewal" at least 24 hours before the term ends. Cancellation of current subscription is not allowed during active subscription period.
(4) Free trial version: Free trial version (if available) will automatically renew to pro version after expiration. You can go to account settings to cancel renewal before the trial period ends. If you pay to subscribe to the premium version before the trial period ends, the current trial period will automatically end.
- If you use an Android phone, you can choose the cycle payment method, which only charges a single cycle fee and will not automatically renew after expiration. This method supports payment through third-party platforms such as Huawei, WeChat, and Alipay.
6. Modification and Termination of Our Services
You understand and agree that SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY services are provided based on existing technology and conditions. This platform will make every effort to provide users with services and ensure service consistency and security; however, SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY cannot foresee and prevent risks in legal, technical, and other aspects, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, and other reasons that may lead to data loss risks. We are constantly changing and improving our services. We can add or remove functions or features, and we can also completely suspend or stop services. You can stop using our services at any time, although we regret seeing you leave. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY may also stop providing services to you at any time, or add or set new limitations to our services. If we have reason to believe that you have violated or do not comply with this agreement, we reserve the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently delete your account and terminate your access to the service. After termination, your license will be automatically revoked, and we reserve the right to delete your account, delete all or any information in your personal profile, and abandon any of your user content. You agree that we are not responsible for any modification or interruption of the service. We are not responsible for deleting information or content from your personal profile. You acknowledge and accept that some user content may be retained after your account is terminated, and the user content license will not be revoked or terminated. If you have an active premium subscription when we terminate your account, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time of your premium subscription.
7. Disclaimer
SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY will make reasonable efforts to provide services and ensure service continuity and security. However, SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY does not provide complete guarantees, including but not limited to: SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for the deletion or failure of relevant data stored by you in the software and service; Users are responsible for risks beyond SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY's control when using this application, including but not limited to: Risks such as unstable wireless network signals, small wireless network bandwidth, or other reasons leading to inability to log in to SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY, incomplete data synchronization, slow page opening speed. Risks such as personal information loss or leakage due to force majeure factors; Any problems or damages caused by users not selecting the correct software version matching the terminal device where the software is installed; Any risks or responsibilities caused by others spreading or sharing content posted by users; You understand and agree that SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY does not promise that the application or this website's content, services, or functions will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of this website will provide specific results. The application and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY makes no express or implied warranties, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. All information provided by the application is subject to change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY will not be liable for lost profits, revenue or data loss, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Under no circumstances will SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY be liable for any losses or damages that cannot be reasonably foreseen. To the extent permitted by law, for any claims under this agreement, including any implied warranties, SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (or, if we choose, to provide the service to you again). The total amount paid for services for any application in or before the initial service date or six months prior, or not exceeding six months.
9. Basic Information
This agreement and SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY privacy policy control the relationship between SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If we haven't done so, we have no right to take action. If a term is unenforceable, this will not affect any other terms. The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland People's Republic of China, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. If you have a dispute with SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY, you should first resolve it through negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction where this agreement is signed. The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning. They should not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement. We will review and respond to your issues within 30 days after verifying your user identity. SILING NETWORK TECHNOLOGY reserves the right of final interpretation of this agreement.
